"I ordered a game from Legend Games..."
I ordered a game from Legend Games i had a feeling they’d be decent, and this pretty much confirmed it. Got the dispatch email the same day, then it was at my door the next morning, which was way quicker than I was expecting. No hassle at all, and it was packed properly too. Definitely feels like I was right to go with them, and I’d happily use them again

"Response took longer than I expected"
Customer service did eventually get back to me and helped sort out my question, but it took a couple of days, which felt a bit long while I was waiting for an update. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just slower than I’d hoped. I do think some kind of small compensation or goodwill gesture would be fair since I had to wait longer than expected. Overall, it was okay, but quicker replies would make a big difference.

"Packed well and arrived perfect"
I ordered a board game from Legend Games, and yeah, I was happy with how it showed up.
The outside box felt sturdy, and there was enough padding in there that the game wasn’t sliding around or anything. The corners were still nice and sharp too, no dents on the box, which is the main thing I care about.

Nothing fancy, but it was packed properly and did the job. I’d be totally fine ordering from them again.

"Refund was painless"
I ended up returning my order, the refund process was easy enough. No back-and-forth or weird hoops to jump through, which I appreciated because I really didn’t have the patience that day. I think I was also trying to make dinner at the same time and completely forgot I had laundry in the washer, so a smooth return was a small win. Got my money back quickly and that was that.

I had checked a few other places and everyone else was sold out, so I was really happy to find it here and ready to go.

I was happy with the range on legendgames.co.uk. I only went on there looking for one game, but ended up spotting a few others I’d been meaning to pick up too. There’s a nice mix of newer releases and older titles, and it was easy to browse without feeling like I was seeing the same games over and over.
